Salary : up to AED 5000 - 6500 (based on experience)
Location : Dubai
Experience : Minimum 2 - 3 years of UAE experience into banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations
-Process various transactions, accurately entering data into systems, and managing essential documents.
-Handle customer support queries, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues professionally and to ensure any application received from sales should be error-free & up to the required quality.
-Compliance will be a top priority, as you will ensure that all transactions and activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
-Monitoring for suspicious activities and conducting quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance will be part of your routine
