You will play a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and efficient table service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled correctly.
Possess a strong knowledge of our menu, including food and beverage offerings, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask effectively.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience working in a fine-dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
Knowledge of Spanish or other Mediterranean cuisines.
