Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
-10+ years of experience in operations management within the joinery/interior fit-out industry
-Proven experience in joinery and interior design project management
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-UAE-based candidates are preferred
-Proficiency in Arabic is preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in production and project execution
-Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
-Lead and support cross-functional teams, including production and design staff
-Ensure materials are procured and delivered on time
-Maintain high standards in quality control and client satisfaction
-Implement process improvements to enhance operational performance
-Monitor health and safety compliance in the workshop and on-site
Skills & Competencies
-Deep understanding of joinery and interior design processes
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
