Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Service Requests: Manage and prioritize client service needs to ensure smooth execution.
Client Communication: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Timely Service Delivery: Monitor and ensure all service tasks are completed on time.
Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and suppliers to maintain service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in service coordination or customer service.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with service management systems is a plus.
