Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, which includes managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-up actions.
2. Facilitate effective communication by managing both internal and external correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
3. Prepare reports, transcribe meeting minutes, and keep the Managing Director informed about key activities, including manpower allocation.
4. Strong communication skills are essential.
