Rare opportunity to join a reputable and highly successful multi-disciplinary consultancy, in a long-term role that reports directly into the CCO, who will provide mentorship and a genuine opportunity for career development.

The position requires a committed, dynamic and client facing candidate who will be responsible for full project cycle cost & commercial management on various projects.

It is essential that candidates can demonstrate an ability to work in close collaboration with internal and external teams and stakeholders, to ensure the successful financial performance of projects and positive client relationships.

A key aspect of the role is an ability to manage internal resources, assist the CCO with aspects of business management, proposals and client management.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
- MRICS and any additional professional qualifications are advantageous such as MCIArb
- 10 to 15 years experience in construction cost consultancy (minimum 5 in the GCC, preferably UAE) or commercial management across multiple sectors including infrastructure, buildings and fit out
- Proven experience in managing end to end project budgets, cost control, and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- In-depth knowledge of cost management tools and software (e.g. CostX)
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, project management, risk management and value engineering
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex, time-sensitive situations

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range approx. 40,000 - 45,000 AED per month plus visa, medical insurance + additional company benefits.
