Key responsibilities

Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and other concerns.
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to hiring.
Manage on boarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
Foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention to support business needs.
Promote a positive work environment and uphold corporate values and culture.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and manage HRIS.

Handle disciplinary actions and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or similar role in the retail sector.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and ability to interpret data.
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and procedures.
Experience in implementing HR programs and policies.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Educational Qualification: BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
