Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient and placing orders as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Provide support to the HR and finance teams by maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, including managing common areas, office equipment, and maintaining office cleanliness.
Assist with filing, organizing, and archiving documents both physically and digitally.
Handle travel arrangements, such as booking flights and accommodation for staff as required.
Assist with coordinating company events, meetings, and activities.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
