Make quotation, follow up internally
Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation are obtained.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to coordinate export activities and meet customer requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree .
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience in the export industry, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
