Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager to manage and grow our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, identifying potential customers, and managing relationships with international distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders. The role demands a strategic approach to driving sales, coupled with strong negotiation skills and in-depth market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust export sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
Identify key regions and markets for expansion based on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential international clients.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and clients in various global markets.
Negotiate terms and conditions with international clients to close sales deals.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance standards.
Sales Reporting & Performance: Monitor sales performance and ensure export targets are achieved.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Trade Show & Networking: Attend international trade shows and events to network, promote the brand, and stay informed on market developments.
Represent the company at international business meetings and conferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an export or international trade environment.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of global trade regulations and logistics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments and communication styles.
