Job Description
Need to have knowledge in ERP System (Oracle) & MS Office.
Review and verify BOQ data against project requirements and specifications.
Essential knowledge in PR, PO, MIR, MR & SR, which related to Material handling.
Ability to navigate through ERP to analyze material availability and expected material receipt date.
Capable to coordinate with different department for the trouble shooting.
Interface with Engineering as required to troubleshoot bill of material inaccuracies.
Required good communication skills to work with team members and departmental leaders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in material coordination within construction or engineering industries.
Experience with project management software and ERP systems is essential for efficient material tracking and reporting.
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions about material procurement and usage.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills are crucial for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands while maintaining a proactive approach.
