The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Modern Trade to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategy and operational objectives across the KSA & Gulf regions. Core Purpose of the Job:

    Direct, control, and manage a Modern Trade sales strategy.
    Achieve budgeted sales value, volume, margin, and profit for Almarai products

 

Candidates without the following will not be considered:

    Minimum 12 years of managerial experience at a senior level in a large organization.
    Master’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
    High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Nielsen Answers.
    Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

 

Responsibilities:

    A Develop and implement Modern Trade sales strategies.
    Manage and control sales operations to achieve budgeted targets.
    Lead and mentor the sales team.
    Formulate and execute strategic plans.
    Ensure effective communication and interpersonal relations within the team.
    Drive market development and penetration.
    Manage time, budgets, and performance.
    Solve problems and make decisions effectively.
    Analyze and interpret market data.
    Oversee P&L management.
