Synopsis

The Corporate IT Applications Lead supports and enhances the organization’s portfolio of enterprise applications (ServiceNow, DocuSign, Asset Management etc.) You will ensure seamless operation of critical corporate applications, collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and long-term organizational growth. You will troubleshoot, configure and provide ongoing support for these systems, work with cross-functional teams to ensure all applications meet both current processes and strategic goals, by seamlessly integrating with our SAP ERP (S/4HANA) system to enhance overall user experience.
Accountabilities

•    Serve as the primary contact for end users, supporting and optimising corporate applications from legacy systems to best-of-breed solutions ensuring system availability and performance (application issues, configuration requests, and routine troubleshooting).
•    Ensure seamless integration of enterprise applications with SAP ERP System (S/4HANA), enhancing business process automation and user experience.
•    Stay informed about new application functionalities (e.g., AI/ML integrations, cloud-based offerings, low-code platforms, RPA) and recommend relevant upgrades or enhancements in collaboration with internal teams (Eg: Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
•    Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to identify areas for process optimization, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inefficiencies.
•    Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, conduct business process mapping and fit-gap analyses and design application solutions that streamline business processes.
•    Manage application upgrades, patch deployments, testing and release management across all corporate applications liaising with IT Teams and external service providers, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
•    Provide training and ongoing user support, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system configurations to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer.
•    Manage enterprise data integration between corporate application and S/4HANA ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. Coordinate backup and disaster recovery procedures.
•    Lead or participate the testing and implementation of new applications, modules, or features ensuring they meet business requirements before go-live.
•    Contribute to project management activities (planning, timelines, deliverables) for application-related initiatives, which may include carve-outs, integrations, or expansions into new markets or business lines.
•    Work with IT teams (infrastructure, security, development) to adopt a holistic approach to corporate application management, ensuring scalability and robust security measures are in place.
Education & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
•    8+ years of experience in IT application management, or implementation in a corporate or enterprise environment.
•    Exposure to SAP ERP systems (ECC & S/4HANA), including understanding of business processes and integration touchpoints with enterprise applications.
•    Experience working with corporate enterprise applications, troubleshooting and cross-department technical support.
•    Familiarity with application integration techniques and data management (APIs, data synchronization, cloud-based integrations).
•    Experience managing software upgrades, patches, feature rollouts in a corporate IT environment and business process optimisation
•    Strong understanding of business processes and how IT applications can optimize these operations.
•    Experience in project management or working within project teams to implement application-related initiatives.
