Synopsis
Maintain an electronic drawing library, ensuring that all as built drawings are in Autocad format for asset management, compliance and detail record of EYE Facilities.
Support the project team in terms of concept design, scoping and change management throughout a project by using Autocad to produce general arrangements and 3D renderings.
Accountabilities
Produce accurate dimensional layout / elevation drawings at definition stage of a project to support the end user requirements and services co-ordination.
Produce 3D renderings to support strategic decision making for large Capital or significant projects.
Prepare general arrangement layouts for compliance, in particular life safety
Ensure all drawings have revision control as records that are available on a share drive / eDoc accessible to the FM team and end users.
Design new spatial layouts and produce renderings that meet the end user requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma level in design engineering and Certificate in Autodesk Application and 3D mx software.
3 year minimum years of experience within a CAD / drafting office.
