As an Digital Marketing Assistant Manager, you will help the marketing department in enhancing the online presence and promoting the offerings of One&Only One Za’abeel, SIRO One Za’abeel and The Link. This role blends the realms of digital marketing expertise with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
About You:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and possess a strong understanding of digital media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation. They should be knowledgeable in SEO principles, email marketing best practices, and digital advertising techniques. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry or on the agency side, is essential. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while maintaining a creative mindset and strategic thinking. A quick learner, the candidate should also have strong computer operation skills, including proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, and PMS. The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
