With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience to our loyal guests of the spa in line with the Hotel brand standards. Responsible for revenue generation through retail, up selling and cross sales to other business centers in the spa.
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Wellness and should have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have a strong experience in health & beauty section, creative, dynamic, passionate and flexible.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Computer literacy including relevant software and experience in using. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
