Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing supplies.
- Sanitize bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and empty trash bins.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to hotel policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
