Job Purpose:
The job holder will assist Talent Acquisition (TA) & Onboarding team in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both external hires and internal promotions. This role will support the TA team, contributing to a seamless hiring experience and support key onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new joiners by coordinating pre-joining formalities and assisting with essential documentation.
Key Result Areas:
1. Collaborate with TA Coordinators and Specialists to understand role requirements and source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
2. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
3. Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, sending invites, and liaising with hiring managers.
4. Manage internal transfers, promotions, external recruitment, and onboarding data updates while ensuring policy compliance.
5. Administer required assessments before interviews to support candidate selection.
6. Generate reports and analyse recruitment and onboarding metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
7. Facilitate onboarding tasks, including mobilization, travel arrangements, visa processing, and orientation coordination.
8. Ensure seamless communication and process execution to enhance the overall candidate and new joiner experience.
9. Conduct surveys for new joiners and exiting employees to gather insights and recommend improvements.
10. Regularly update documentation and procedures to maintain process clarity and efficiency.
Job Context:
The jobholder will be responsible for all administrative tasks of recruitment and onboarding department.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Qualification:
Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Commerce (must have)
Bachelor*s degree (preferred)
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 3 years experience in HR or administrative role in a fast-paced environment, preferably hospitality, culinary or aviation.
Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environments preferred.
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Strong written and verbal communication for clear and professional interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Meticulous attention to detail for accurate execution of administrative tasks.
