About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Cabin Crew Trainer to join our elite training team.
Whether it’s teaching life-saving Safety & Emergency Procedures, world-class Service and Hospitality, or essential Aviation Medical skills, you’ll be right at the heart of shaping our crew.
Yours is a key role which will be responsible for the effective design and delivery of engaging training sessions across SEP, Hospitality, and Medical areas.
A people's person by nature, we will be responsible for nurturing our Crew as a coach, whilst demonstrating first class communication, interpersonal and technology skills.
You can expect to a role model and coach, mentor, and inspire our diverse crew members, ensure every session is aligned with our invigorating FRESH values.
Importantly, you will create a safe, inclusive, and seriously fun learning environment, whilst ensuring training is top-notch and fully compliant with GACA regulations.

About You
You will demonstrate at least 3 years of progressive Cabin Crew training experience and possess current or previous Crew experience.
Experience training Crew in a part-time or full-time capacity is mandatory for this role.
