About the Role
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping training excellence within Flight Operations?

We are looking for a proactive professional to play a key role in coordinating and optimising training activities within our Operations.

The role involves developing and maintaining monthly training schedules and instructor rosters, managing bookings for simulators, classrooms, and other resources to ensure efficient utilisation, and overseeing training documentation to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with regulatory bodies, training providers, and internal teams to align training plans with operational needs while supporting the maintenance of scheduling systems and tools to ensure seamless training delivery.

About You
Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in training center administration and training device scheduling with at least 2 years of experience in Crew Training administration, planning and disruption management.
