As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the candidate side of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking to identify, engage, and attract top candidates.
-Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for client requirements.
-Candidate Management: Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
-Client Collaboration: Work closely with client-facing consultants to understand hiring needs, providing them with well-screened candidate shortlists and ensuring timely placements.
-Offer Management: Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and negotiate offers, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate selection to offer acceptance.
-Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
-ATS Utilization: Efficiently use ATS systems (preferably Ceipal) to track candidates, manage workflows, and streamline the recruitment process.
-Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to help provide better recruitment solutions and attract top talent.
-Recruitment Reporting: Maintain regular reporting on candidate pipelines, placements, and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
-2-4 years of experience in recruitment.
-Proven ability to source, screen, and manage candidates effectively.
-Experience working with ATS systems
-Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and other recruitment tools.
-Ability to manage multiple candidates and client requirements efficiently.
-Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
-Understanding of the UAE market and recruitment challenges within the region.
-A proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
