Business Manager

Charterhouse are currently supporting a family group client who are currently in the process of looking to recruit a Business Manager to sit within a corporate-level role with oversight across a diversified portfolio of operations and market coverage.

This Business Manager will become a critical “right hand” to the Chairman & CEO across a range of disciplines linking to strategic support & review, KPI & performance analysis, financial reporting and governance control. These functional responsibilities shall be designed to ensure strong accountability and business measurement, across the organisation, to ensure continuity of operations, optimization of processes and a commercial review spanning both internal entities and external partnerships/ vendors.

The role will also take responsibilities across areas of event management, logistics-support whilst ensuring strong and binding corporate policies are designed and rolled out in conjunction with HR. In conjunction and at an operational level, the Business Manager will also work in a cross-department role to ensure accurate and standardized reporting mechanisms and tools; to deliver both performance-based reporting and KPI analysis & commentary.

Requirements:
The client will look to recruit a finance and operations professional whom is able to display commercial acumen, business support and strategic vision across a group of company structure and at an operational level, exposure to the real estate and investment-related market sector. The successful candidate shall be required to demonstrate a track record within the UAE market, combined with an ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders, at all levels cross-department, to ensure a strong and robust “value add” within the job role.

The ideal candidate shall also be required to deliver detailed analytical capabilities, with a gearing towards Excel-based tools, for presentations and MIS-based reporting to meet any strategic financial reviews at both a corporate and project level. The candidate shall also be required to understand areas of HR policy, operational procedure and corporate governance in the support of teams/management-in-place across the existing organizational structure.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
