• Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment for staff and site labor, conducting onboarding, and managing probation periods.
• UAE Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law and PRO-related tasks (visas, Emirates IDs, labor contracts).
• Employee Relations & Welfare: Managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare, especially for diverse site-based workforces.
• Operations & Payroll: Overseeing attendance tracking and coordinating with finance for accurate payroll processing, including overtime and end-of-service benefits.
• Performance Management: Coordinating appraisals, goal setting, and development plans based on project metrics.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years as an HR Generalist, with significant experience in the UAE construction or contracting industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of MOHRE systems and GDRFA/ICP portals.
• Attributes: High proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel), excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in high-paced, high-volume environments.
