Requirements:
* CIPD or equivalent qualification is a plus.
* Minimum of 10 years HR Management experience within Hospitality (UAE experience preferred).
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour law and standard practice.
* Confident communicator with a hands-on approachable style.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dynamic environment.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
