Maintaining relationships/database with existing customers through regular review visits and gaining a clear understanding of customer´s businesses and requirements from bid tenders, on going project sales and after sales service. 3. Maximizes his sales potential and of company´s product to meet his minimum monthly quota and be a team member to achieve the sales departments annual target while ensuring the commercial success of companies with her high profile brands and products. 4. Advising on forthcoming project developments and discussing the same to weekly sales meeting in order to contribute team sales improvements. 5. Keeps up a sound market knowledge and vast customer contacts in the construction: MEP and Oil and Gas sector in UAE/GCC. 6. Initiates professional, dynamic and constant sales and business development attributes with awareness in sales operations, in terms of orders, deliveries and execution oversight. 7. Superb business etiquette displayed when dealing with international suppliers (local or overseas customers) and their total satisfaction.
