About the Client:
A group of company having diverse portfolio of real estate projects in Dubai.
Job Description:
1. Assisting guests and visitors in finding their way around the office.
2. Helping and maintaining the workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting necessary visitor logs, if needed.
3. Assisting and maintaining variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans, if needed.
4. Managing the booking of the meeting pod rooms and board room while being the one who answer incoming phone calls and routing them to the concerned department/colleague.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. 35 years olf and below
2. At least 3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role in UAE within the retail/hospitality/ Real estate.
3. Must be good with organizing files Microsoft office, Word, Excel. Good in multitasking & with attention to details .
4. Excellent in English and knows how to communicate with clients & managers via phone and email in a firm and friendly way.
Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
