• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and schema objects
• Work on data modeling, schema design (Star/Snowflake), and metadata management
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
• Perform performance tuning at report, SQL, and database levels
• Troubleshoot issues related to reports, data, and performance
• Perform user management, roles, and access control (security setup)
• Monitor system performance, usage, and optimize Intelligence Server
• Handle project migrations using Object Manager.
• Schedule and manage report distribution, subscriptions, and caching
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in MicroStrategy (Developer, Architect, Web)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server.
• Experience with Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Visualization)
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (ETL, Fact/Dimension tables, SCDs)
• Experience in query optimization and performance tuning
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
