Your Tasks
EXTERNAL

Win together with customer(s) through maintaining and expanding a thorough relationship
Manage daytoday commercial coordination with distributors and customers (listing forms, planogram updates, sellin/sellout data).
Track order cycles, ensure OTIF delivery (eg VAS POS materials), resolve operational issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with trading terms, promo mechanics, and agreements.
Collect information from NPD’s, relaunches and giftpacks and brief to the customer & keep assortment up-to-date
Win online with the greatest Skin Care brands through optimized assortment & execution  and high-class findability for omnichannel customers.
Contribute to online sales growth by ensuring accurate quality of product pages online by delivering packshots, product descriptions & further content in time --> maintain digital shelf fully for omnichannel incl execution and KPI monitoring
Promotion & Activation Support
Support setup of promotions, digital activations, and launches across customer types.
Monitor promo performance and prepare simple post promo analyses.
Coordinate artwork, SKU lists, and internal approvals with Marketing / S&CM.
Bring the outside world in: perform regular store checks and share insights internally
INTERNAL

Enthuse, motivate and align internal stakeholders for customer(s) through a positive and open mindset.
Coordinate & communicate between different departments
Demonstrate accurate financial administration skills through:
Processing and controlling of scan data received from the customers
Maining a Masterfile for our assortment: incl. all details, information on launches, relaunches etc relevant for all countries except KSA
Ensure invoicing from customer side is accurate and correct
Keep pricing in systems up-to-date to avoid price differences
Check of sell-out data promotions and calculate discount
Updating promotions and sell-out data in Excel / system?
Calculate listing fee NPD’s
Knowledge and working of (internal) tools (SAP, Nielsen, B-one, MS Office)
Your Profile
1 years of commercial experience (FMCG is a big plus)
Jr Account management and/or category management experience is a plus
Fluent in the English language
Fluent in Arabic a nice to have
Accurate worker: financial administration routine, love for the details
Pragmatic mindset: simplicity in communication and way-of-working
Strong coordination and followup skills.
Excellent Excel & data handling.
Customercentric mindset; problemsolver.
Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
