We are looking for a results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a deep understanding of the UAE labor market to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates while navigating the unique regulatory and cultural landscape of the GCC.
Core Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse portfolio of roles, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Gulf Talent, and other regional portals to build a robust pipeline of passive and active talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress and market trends.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure all recruitment activities align with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies. Manage candidate data accurately within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional, timely, and transparent communication throughout the process.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year specifically within the UAE/GCC market.
• Regional Expertise: Proven track record of hiring within specialized sectors such as IT, Engineering, or Construction in the Middle East.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with recruitment software (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn) and high-level proficiency in Boolean searching.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to write clear, direct, and engaging outreach messages.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE visa processes, labor regulations, and local compensation benchmarks.
