What you’ll be doing
As a CRM Trainee in the Central CRM team, you will support the setup and day-to-day management of automated customer lifecycle journeys and help with the technical operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is ideal for someone who is curious about marketing technology and wants hands-on experience in CRM automation.
Key responsibilities
Support the team in building and maintaining automated lifecycle journeys (e.g., welcome, browse abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation)
Help with SFMC operational tasks, such as:
Creating and updating Email/SMS/WhatsApp templates (guided by existing standards)
Assisting with Journey Builder setup and QA checks
Supporting Audience/Data Extensions creation and basic hygiene (naming, fields, counts)
Perform testing and quality checks before campaigns go live:
Link checks, content checks, personalization checks, Audience list testing
Monitor journey performance basics (with guidance):
Delivery, opens/clicks, bounce trends, basic journey health checks
Maintain simple and clear documentation:
Campaign/journey checklists, how-to notes, tracking sheets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, data, brand teams) by gathering inputs and following up on actions

How to operate SFMC tools (especially Journey Builder, Content Builder, and data basics)
