About the Client:
A premier dining destination in Dubai specializing in authentic, high-quality Turkish gastronomy.

Job Description:
§ Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and high table turnover.
§ Act as the face of the restaurant, maintaining hospitality and resolving guest feedback.
§ Lead, train, and schedule a diverse team to ensure consistent service excellence.
§ Drive sales, monitor P&L, and manage costs to meet monthly targets.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
§ Turkish, 35 years old and below
§ At least 2 years of UAE experience in a supervisory role within the f&b industry
§ Ability to lead a diverse team and manage inspections
§ Immediate joiner is preferred

Salary:
AED 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
