About the Client:
A Dubai-based international Shipping & Logistics company serving connecting continents with world-class maritime solutions

- Take ownership of urgent tasks, follow-ups, scheduling, presentation preparation, and executive support responsibilities as the “right hand” to the marketing manager.
- Support the Marketing Manager in all day-to-day marketing, branding, communication, and coordination activities business units and regions.
- Coordinate social media content, website updates, company presentations, events, campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Assist in preparing reports, market research, competitor analysis, CRM updates, and administrative tasks related to marketing and business development activities

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 3 years of marketing coordination within the UAE/ International market
- Must be an Expert in PowerPoint presentations, Canva, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
