Position Title: Brand and Merchandiser Manager

Salary: up to 25,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives, including campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
• Plan and manage merchandise assortments to maximize sales performance and profitability.
• Support product development, launches, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Female, British nationals, 38 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and merchandising within the fashion retail industry, preferably women’s wear
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy development, merchandising planning, and retail operations

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
