 IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
(3-5 years experience)

* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server and desktop support.
* Experience with HHT devices and mobile applications.
* Good understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, IP telephony, and CCTV.
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Maintain Windows servers, backups, and data centre infrastructure.
* Support handheld terminals (HHT) and related business applications.
* Troubleshoot printers, network connectivity, internet, Wi-Fi, and IP telephones
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
* Must have valid QID and ready for sponsor transfer.
