About the Role

As a Senior Lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership, delivering high-level legal counsel with precision, discretion, and strong commercial insight while supervising and guiding junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, property and regulatory matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
Lead and manage complex transactions and legal projects
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development

Requirements:
Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Law
Strong knowledge of UAE legal framework and Common Law principles
Proven experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
